 Two. One my sister made for me and the other I made at my friend’s birthday party. It’s Ariel and the letters spell out F-U-C-K although no one notices that until later.

i always have hair ties around my wrist, and i wear my nixon watch almost every day. but i also have a friendship bracelet that my best friend laura made for me the year we met; 1994. i remember taking it off because it had started to fray in places, and she’d made me new ones, etc. but i always held onto it. and i’ve worn it ever since i found it amongst my things when i was moving. it’s kind of hanging on by a thread but it still means everything to me.
